Set up your studio

A new studio gets a checklist called Get set up on the dashboard. It walks you through what you sell and how people book, in the order that makes each step easy. Every step links straight to the screen where you do it.

Until you are done, the dashboard shows Finish setting up, with the number of steps left. When the checklist is complete it says Your studio is ready.

  1. Add your activities. An activity is what you offer: a class like Beginners’ Judo, or an appointment like Personal training. See Schedule & classes.
  2. Set your prices. Create the plans people buy, such as memberships or class packs. See How pricing fits together. If you don’t sell anything online yet, choose No prices for now.
  3. Set up payments. Connect Stripe so people can pay online, straight into your account. If you only take cash, choose We only take cash.
  1. Put a bookable class on the calendar. Schedule your first class with Allow online booking switched on, so it appears on your booking page.
  2. Fill in your bio link page. This is your public front door: one link to share on Instagram, WhatsApp or a flyer.
  3. Check what your booking form asks. Decide what you need to know from someone who books, such as a phone number or a date of birth.
  4. Check what people actually pay. One screen shows every price a visitor or member will see, so you can check nothing is off before you share your link.

These are optional and don’t count towards your progress.
