Pricing recipes

Common pricing setups. Each one covers how it works, where to set it up, what members see, and how to check it in Offer → Pricing before you switch it on.

How it works: Create a subscription type under Offer → Plans with one or more prices (monthly, annual). Mark it public so it appears in your shop. Members buy it there and are billed automatically.

What members see: It appears on your shop’s Memberships tab and in their member space.

Check it: Pick that plan’s persona on Offer → Pricing.

How it works: On the subscription type, set a usage limit such as 3 per week. Covered bookings count against a weekly allowance that resets on Monday. Once it’s used up, the member can still pay the drop-in price, at their member rate if you set one.

What members see: Coverage like “2 of 3 left”. The 4th booking offers the drop-in.

Check it: The persona picker has an “allowance used up” switch.

How it works: On a gated class, enable Drop-in with a price. Anyone not covered, guests included, can book that single class by paying.

What members see: Members covered by the class book free. Everyone else sees the drop-in price at booking.

Check it: Compare the Guest persona with a member persona.

How it works: In the class’s drop-in section, add a member rate. Holders of the plans you choose pay a percentage off or a fixed price instead of the full drop-in. This is useful for plans that don’t fully cover the class.

What members see: The original price struck through next to theirs.

Check it: Pick that plan’s persona. The class row shows both prices.

How it works: Add a one-time price with credits (e.g. 10) to a subscription type, optionally with a validity window. Each covered booking spends one credit, and a cancelled booking refunds it.

What members see: Their remaining credits. Bookings say “1 credit”.

Check it: The pack persona has a “pack used up” switch to preview the empty state.

How it works: On a gated class, enable the trial option. Leave the trial price empty for a free first class, or set an amount to charge for it. Each person gets one trial, ever, checked by email address.

What members see: Newcomers get a “First time here” option at booking.

Check it: The Guest persona shows “trial available” on gated classes.

How it works: Appointments have no access gate: the price is the gate. Give each duration its own price (30/60/90 min), then optionally add a member benefit: included with certain plans, a percentage off, or a fixed member price. Unpriced durations are free for everyone.

What members see: Clients pick a time and see exactly their price. Covered members book free.

Check it: Each persona prices every duration on Offer → Pricing.

How it works: Set a course’s access to Sold and give it a price. Buyers get lifetime access. Add a benefit so subscribers get it included or at a discount.

What members see: It appears in your shop’s Courses tab, and owners watch it in their member space.

Check it: Course rows in the price preview show each persona’s price.

How it works: Enable gift cards and choose the amounts. Buyers receive a code by email. Anyone can redeem it, in part or in full, when paying for shop items, courses or drop-ins.

What members see: A Gift cards tab appears in your shop, and checkout gets a “Have a gift card?” field.

Check it: The Payments page lists sold cards and balances.

How it works: Enable the no-show policy with a fee and a threshold (e.g. CHF 15 after 3). Strikes count automatically when you mark bookings as no-shows. At the threshold, the member gets one fee with a payment link. You can always waive it.

What members see: An email with the fee. You track and waive fees under Payments.

Check it: Outstanding fees appear on the Payments page.

How it works: Create a subscription type with source Aggregator and set what the partner pays you per visit. Assign it to partner members and include it in the classes they may attend. Each covered booking is recorded in a payout ledger instead of charging anyone.

What members see: Partner members book like regular members.

Check it: Payments shows partner visits and the month’s estimated payout.
